The cooperation between NADRA GROUP and Halliburton, an American multinational corporation and the world's second-largest oilfield service company, which began in 2000, is an excellent example of collaboration with integrated project partners. At that time, NADRA GROUP presented prospects for Ukraine's oil and gas industry at the US company's headquarters. NADRA GROUP employees visited Halliburton's manufacturing facilities in Houston, and representatives of Halliburton visited GROUP's manufacturing facilities for geophysical borehole survey equipment in Kyiv to explore the prospects of joint manufacture of such equipment. In 2008, Halliburton Company opened a subsidiary in Ukraine and entered the Ukrainian market. A cooperation agreement was signed with NADRA GROUP the same year.
NADRA GROUP's cooperation with Halliburton Company involved aggregating resources for participation in numerous tenders and bids in Ukraine, providing services in oil fields using Halliburton's advanced technologies, including perforation services with the help of perforation solutions and Millenium shaped charges manufactured by Halliburton, as well as jointly organizing and implementing international scientific and technical conferences.
In 2011, NADRA GROUP organized and held a presentation of new Millennium perforating solutions, attended by JV Poltava Petroleum Company (JV PPC), Cadogan Petroleum plc, KRYM OIL LLC, PoltavaGasVydobuvannya Gas Production Division, Naftogazvydobuvannya PrJSC, Regal Petroleum plc, Naftogazekologiya Research and Production Enterprise, Ukrnaftogazgeologiya CJSC, as well as employees of the Geological Survey and Surface Degassing Service of the A. F. Zasyadko Coal Mine.
In 2013, NADRA GROUP and Halliburton Company held a joint Technology Day for Ukrainian production and mining companies titled "Advanced Exploration and Production Technologies Day" at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kyiv. The event brought together suppliers and customers of specialized services and products. Since then, integrated project organization and management has become NADRA GROUP's core business.
In 2016, as part of the Technological Day of Ukrainian Production and Extraction Companies at the International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv, NADRA GROUP organized a Halliburton Company presentation on "Integrated Cased-Hole Services." The event was attended by representatives of all major public and private oil and gas companies in Ukraine.
In 2018, NADRA GROUP held a series of presentations on Halliburton Company's tubing joint perforation services. These presentations were held at NADRA GROUP's offices for representatives of the company's clients, at the head office of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC, and the subsidiary of Ukrgazvydobuvannia JSC.
In 2020, NADRA `GROUP, as a subcontractor of Halliburton Company (under a master agreement between Halliburton Company and Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC), performed scanning, digitization, and petrophysical evaluation of sections of gas condensate fields, totaling over 800 wells for evaluation.
